The Vision of Gary April, President

Diabetes4Living was founded in 2018 with a goal of developing a full line of nutritional supplements, OTC's and cosmetics to help people with diabetes make better choices, improve their health and live a healthier life. Diabetes4Living products will help improve the life of a person with diabetes one good decision at a time.

Diabetes4Living will address many of the needs of the underserved people with diabetes by offering a line of products that will specifically address their needs. All products will be science based formulas with scientific evidence of their efficacy. In addition to having the right ingredients that help with the diabetic condition, contra indicated ingredients such as sugar, sodium, dyes, irritants, etc. will be removed from the formulations to make them totally safe for use.

A passionate leader in the pharmaceutical and consumer products industry for over 25 years, Gary has held management positions in sales, marketing, on the executive team, and as President for small, mid and large market companies. These have included AC Nielsen, Schering Plough, Del Pharmaceuticals and most recently Hi Tech Pharmacal as Divisional President. During his tenure with Hi Tech, Gary was responsible for starting up a new branded OTC division focusing on diabetic products that he formulated and marketed under the brand Health Care Products. 

It was when Hi Tech was sold that Gary began his true mission… to strike out on his own leveraging his significant experience with diabetes—both professionally and personally—to bring diabetes care to the next level. The result is Diabetes4Living and its first product, BetiVite. His vision is that BetiVite is a foundational strategy to achieve the healthiest lifestyle possible for people with diabetes. And for those people with diabetes and even the vast pre-diabetic population who do not focus on their condition, Gary feels that this product gives them an opportunity to do something specifically for their diabetes, especially if they are already taking a multi-vitamin as half of the US population does.
